Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before booking your journey with Travel By Faith.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Travel By Faith ("we," "us," or "our") provides luxury travel planning and delegation services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Booking & Payments

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on any delegation or trip.

Payment Schedule: Full payment must be received 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified in your specific trip agreement.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.

3. Liability & Responsibility

Travel By Faith acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with this tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel By Faith is not responsible for costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or to improve the guest experience. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives.
